Grown in the Mesilla Valley of New Mexico, Hatch peppers are only available for a few weeks each year. Harvested from fertile soil along the Rio Grande, these peppers thrive in the intense sunlight and cool desert nights, developing thick walls and meaty, flavorful flesh unlike any other pepper.

Join us at our annual live roastings at the below dates from 8am-2pm.

Ordering closes at 4pm the Friday prior to the roasting date.
